We at Chad specialise in sub-contracting to the aviation, motor sport and automotive industries, as well as providing components for general engineering production.

Chad manages a range of services for our customers, which include CNC machining, milling, grinding, light assemblies and, casting.

We have over 6000 hours of capacity per month to handle component batches of varying sizes from 5mm to 55mm diameter for turning and 1000mm X 500mm x 500mm for milling. Materials machined are steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, plastics, brass plus a wide range of other exotic materials.

All our machines are directly connected to a central off programming terminal. This provides for flexibility and optimum use of capacity, as such providing customers with greater feedback.

Our state-of -the-art CNC Turning and Machining Centres are capable enough to deliver precision components at faster production rates with optimum manufacturing accuracy. We continuously research to improve productivity and quality using latest tooling and suggestions from the shop floor people to reduce down time, cost and lead time. We stress upon built -in -quality by controlling the process to achieve zero defect level. In this way, our products make a substantial contribution to the quality of the work they are used in.
